Intercompany Transactions definition

Intercompany Transactions means the intercompany transactions described in the Confidential Information Memorandum dated March 15, 2016.
Intercompany Transactions has the meaning provided in subsection 6.1(d).

More Definitions of Intercompany Transactions

Intercompany Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.22(b).
