Interbank Offered Rate definition

Interbank Offered Rate means, for any Eurodollar Loan for any Interest Period therefor, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Reuters Screen LIBO Page as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period; provided, however, if more than one rate is specified on Reuters Screen LIBO Page, the applicable rate shall be the arithmetic mean of all such rates (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%).
Interbank Offered Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Loan for the Interest Period applicable thereto, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary), to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Telerate Page 3750 (or any successor page) as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 A.M. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period. If for any reason such rate is not available, the term "Interbank Offered Rate" shall mean, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Loan for the Interest Period applicable thereto, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Reuters Screen LIBO Page as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 A.M. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period, provided, however; if more than one rate is specified on Reuters Screen LIBO Page, the applicable rate shall be the arithmetic mean of all such rates (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%).
Interbank Offered Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Loan for the Interest Period applicable thereto, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Reuters Screen LIBO Page as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 A.M. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period, PROVIDED, HOWEVER; if more than one rate is specified on Reuters Screen LIBO Page, the applicable rate shall be the arithmetic mean of all such rates (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%).

  • NIBOR: (Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate) Interest rate fixed for a defined period on Oslo Børs’ webpage at approximately12.15 Oslo time.

  • For other currencies the interest shall be estimated at an annual rate equal to three months' London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) for the relevant currencies as quoted by Reuters page LIBOR 01 at 11:00 A.M. London time, as per the due date of payment, plus three percentage points.

  • Euribor (Euro Interbank Offered Rate) is the EUR base rate established by the Eurozone banks for each Interest Period, equivalent of the EUR deposit interest rate for six-month deposits, established on the day of change of the Euribor, that is, on the day preceding the Interest Period (published on the corresponding website of Telerate or Reuters or on another official website).

Interbank Offered Rate applicable to any Eurodollar Loan for any Interest Period means the rate of interest determined by the Bank to be the prevailing rate per annum at which deposits in U.S. dollars are offered to the Bank by first-class banks in the interbank Eurodollar market in which it regularly participates on or about 10:00 a.m. (Boston time) two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period in an amount approximately equal to the principal amount of the Eurodollar Loan to which such Interest Period is to apply for a period of time approximately equal to such Interest Period.
