Insured Customer definition

Insured Customer means VIVA’s Customer who purchases a qualified mobile device from VIVA and subscribes it under the Insurance Services. Insured Customer is entitled, where fitting, to the rights derived from the Certificate of Insurance.

Examples of Insured Customer in a sentence

  • Irrespective of the Policy Maximum Liability, we will not pay a claim for any amount in excess of the Insured Percentage of the Insured Credit Limit for that Insured Customer.

  • In the case of default by the Insured Customer your claim must be submitted within six months of the date of default.

  • If your Insured Customer has become insolvent then we will pay you within thirty days of our receipt of your fully completed claim form.

  • We will not pay any claim in respect of any insolvency or default caused directly or indirectly by your failure, or the failure of any person acting on your behalf, to fulfil the terms of the contract with the Insured Customer or to comply with any other legal obligation.

  • If any debt is unpaid after the Maximum Extension Period has expired you must not make any further deliveries to the Insured Customer unless the unpaid amount is the subject of a genuine and documented dispute.


More Definitions of Insured Customer

Insured Customer means STC’s Customer who purchases a qualified device and subscribes it under the Insurance Services from STC. The Insured Customer is entitled, where fitting, to the rights derived from this Policy.
Insured Customer means the Falcon-i’s customer who has been nominated by Falcon-i to the Insurance Company for coverage under this Personal Accident Insurance Policy and against whom, premium has been paid by Falcon-i on its own to the Insurance Company and premium has been received by the Insurance Company.

  • Covered Customer means any Person who is or was an actual customer or client (or prospective customer or client with whom a Covered Party actively marketed or made or took specific action to make a proposal) of a Covered Party as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(b) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Material Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).

  • Recovered material means waste materials and by-products recovered or diverted from solid waste, but the term does not include those materials and by-products generated from, and commonly reused within, an original manufacturing process.
