Innovative Industrial Entities definition

Innovative Industrial Entities means the Company, the Partnership, any of their Affiliates, and any other entities that along with the Company or the Partnership is considered a single employer pursuant to Code Section 414(b) or (c) and the Treasury regulations promulgated thereunder, determined by applying the phrase “at least 50 percent” in place of the phrase “at least 80 percent” each place it appears in such Treasury regulations or Code Section 1563(a).

Examples of Innovative Industrial Entities in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, none of the Innovative Industrial Entities shall have any obligation to pay any amount or provide any benefit (other than those amounts set forth in Section 13), as the case may be, under this Agreement, unless the Employee executes, delivers to the Partnership, and does not revoke (to the extent the Employee is allowed to do so as set forth in the General Release), a General Release within sixty (60) days of the Employee’s termination of employment.

  • Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Enterprises means DTE Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation wholly-owned by the Borrower.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Commercial enterprise means a person (other than an individual) who carries on commercial activities in any jurisdiction relating to the production, trade, transport or use of forest risk commodities.”

  • Information Technology means computers, software, databases, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, networks, systems, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment and associated documentation.
