Initial Documentation List means the list of documents set out in Appendix A to this Agreement;

• The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

• The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part I of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Initial Documentation List means the list of documents set out in Appendix 1 to this Agreement; Investment Company Act means the United States Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended; Investor Presentation Material means the information and statements provided and/or approved in writing by the Issuer; Issuer-ICSDs Agreement means the agreement dated 30 August 2007 between the Issuer, Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg; Law on Prospectuses for Securities means the Luxembourg act dated 10 July 2005 on prospectuses for securities implementing the Prospectus Directive; Lead Manager means, in relation to any Tranche of Notes, the person named as the Lead Manager in the applicable Subscription Agreement or when only one Dealer signs such Subscription Agreement, such Dealer; Listing Agent means, in relation to any Notes which are, or are to be, listed on a Stock Exchange, the listing agent appointed by the Issuer from time to time for the purposes of liaising with that Stock Exchange; Moody's means Xxxxx'x Investors Service Limited;

Initial Documentation List means the lists of documents set out in Appendix 1; Issuer-ICSDs Agreement means the agreement dated 20 August 2013 between the Issuer, Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg; Lead Manager means, in relation to any Tranche of Notes, (i) the person named as the Lead Manager or (ii) the persons named as Joint Lead Managers (each a Lead Manager), in each case in the applicable Subscription Agreement;
