Industrial Council definition

Industrial Council means an Industrial Council formed under Section 4;
Industrial Council or "council" means an industrial council established, registered and constituted under the Second Schedule to the Rhodesia Railways Act, 1949, of Southern Rhodesia;
Industrial Council means the Industrial Council created within the office of the Insurance Commissioner pursuant to W. Va. Code §23-2C-5.
