The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries (other than Financing Subsidiaries and Immaterial Subsidiaries) to, convey, sell, lease, transfer.
The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries (other than Financing Subsidiaries and Immaterial Subsidiaries) to enter into any transaction of merger, consolidation, division or amalgamation or to liquidate, wind up or dissolve itself (or suffer any liquidation or dissolution).
