IEP team definition

IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.
IEP team means the group of individuals who are responsible for the development, review and revision of the student's individualized education program. The members of the IEP team are listed at N.J.A.C. 6A:14-2.3(k)2.
IEP team means a group of individuals described in 34 CFR § 300.321 that is responsible for developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for a child with a disability.

  • Except as otherwise provided in the Master Contract, CONTRACTOR and XXX shall participate in all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed.

  • Each student shall be allowed to provide confidential input to any representative of his or her IEP team.
