ICC definition

ICC means the International Chamber of Commerce.

  • In a third instance, in the event that the Parties fail to achieve an amicable settlement within fifteen (15) Business Days or within any other agreed timeframe between the Par- ties as of the receipt of the request for amicable dispute resolution described above, the most diligent Party shall submit the dispute to mediation by an external independent duly certified mediator under the ICC mediation rules.
