Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.
Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.
Hosted Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Examples of Hosted Services in a sentence
The SaaS Application and Hosted Services shall be hosted in a certified and secure Tier-3 data hosting center.
With respect to all Services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement, including SaaS Implementation and Training Services outlined in Appendix A, and SaaS Application and Hosted Services outlined in Appendix B, Contractor warrants that it will use reasonable care and skill.
More Definitions of Hosted Services
Hosted Services means certain other services hosted by Vocera and/or its designee to which you and certain affiliates will be provided electronic access over the Internet for use in conjunction with the Software. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 2.
Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the Software and other services for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users as described in one or more written, sequentially numbered, statements of work referencing this Contract, including all Specifications set forth in such statements of work, which, upon their execution will be attached as Schedule A to this Contract and by this reference are incorporated in and made a part of this Contract.
