Heliport Any defined area of land or water, and any defined area on a structure, intended or designed to be used either wholly or partly for the landing, departure, and surface movement of helicopters.
Operator shall permit inspection of the Heliport by agents, employees, consultants and representatives of the City and/or the Agreement Administrator and shall permit inspection thereof by or on behalf of prospective future operators or occupants.
Operator shall not pledge as security for any loan any of the assets or interests in the Heliport, including any revenue derived from the operation of the Heliport without the prior written consent of the City.
