Guarantor Parties definition

Guarantor Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 15(b)(xii)(B)(1) of the Guaranty.
Guarantor Parties means all of them collectively.
Guarantor Parties means the Class B Members and, in the event the Guarantor assigns its rights and obligations under the REC PSA to an Affiliate, such Affiliate.
