GSP Group definition

GSP Group means a distinct electrical system, consisting of:

GSP Group means a grouping of Parties, stakeholders, and interested parties developing an individual GSP within the Subbasin, as shown in Exhibit “A,” who are combined for purposes of representation and voting on the Coordination Committee and for purposes of sharing Coordinated Plan Expenses as set forth in this Coordination Agreement.

Examples of GSP Group in a sentence

  • MS agrees that the Global Structured Products Group within Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. Incorporated (the “GSP Group”) will only make Investments presented to it by DESC through Project Companies or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement, and the GSP Group will not seek to circumvent the requirements of this provision through any Affiliate.

  • Upon the Performance Assurance Board or (as the case may be) Pool Members in general meeting determining to postpone the date in respect of any GSP Group, the GSP Group Implementation Date for such GSP Group shall be such later date.

  • The Performance Assurance Board shall, unless Pool Members in general meeting otherwise determine, have the right, exercisable at any time before the date determined in accordance with sub-section 3.1 or (as the case may be) this sub-section to be the GSP Group Implementation Date for the relevant GSP Group, to postpone such GSP Group Implementation Date to such later date as the Performance Assurance Board shall determine if it considers that circumstances justify such a postponement.

  • If Pool Members in general meeting do determine otherwise in respect of a GSP Group, the right to postpone the GSP Group Implementation Date for that GSP Group shall be exercisable, at any time before the date determined in accordance with sub-section 3.1 or (as the case may be) this sub-section, by Pool Members in general meeting if Pool Members in general meeting consider that circumstances justify such a postponement.

  • Such report shall classify the information by GSP Group to the Host PES.

  • EAC: The Host PES shall provide, in accordance with Agreed Procedures AP504 and AP506, an initial and updated Estimated Annual Consumption for each Non Half Hourly Metering System provided that, where permitted in accordance with the relevant Agreed Procedures, such Metering System shall instead be assigned a GSP Group Profile Class Average Estimated Annual Consumption in accordance with the relevant Agreed Procedures.

  • Such report shall classify the information by GSP Group or Bulk Supply Point Group as relevant to the Host PES.

  • If Pool Members in general meeting do decide otherwise in respect of a GSP Group, the determination of the GSP Group Implementation Date in respect of that GSP Group shall be made by Pool Members in general meeting.

  • Within each GSP Group or Bulk Supply Point Group, the information shall be categorised by Measurement Class.

  • Subject to sub-section 3.2, the Performance Assurance Board shall determine (in its absolute discretion) a GSP Group Implementation Date for each GSP Group, unless Pool Members in general meeting otherwise decide in respect of any particular GSP Group.

Related to GSP Group

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Partnership Group means the Partnership and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • User Group means (a) you; (b) any entity or individual that Stripe reasonably determines is associated with you; and (c) each of your and their Affiliates; that has entered into an agreement with Stripe (or an Affiliate of Stripe) under which Stripe or its Affiliate provides services.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Relevant Group means the Company and any affiliated, combined, consolidated, unitary or similar group of which the Company is or was a member.

  • Tax Group has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(h)(iii).

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.

  • Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);
