Governmental Licenses definition

Governmental Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

Governmental Licenses shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.14(a) hereof.

Governmental Licenses means all permits, licenses, franchises, orders, registrations, certificates, variances, approvals and other authorizations obtained from any Governmental Agency.

• Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has received any notice of proceedings relating to the revocation or modification of any Governmental Licenses which, singly or in the aggregate, if the subject of an unfavorable decision, ruling or finding, would result in a Material Adverse Effect.

• The Company and its subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms and conditions of all Governmental Licenses, except where the failure so to comply would not, singly or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect.
