Government Authority definition

Government Authority means any relevant administrative, judicial, executive, legislative or other governmental or intergovernmental entity, department, agency, commission, board, bureau or court, and any other regulatory or self-regulatory organizations, in any country or jurisdiction.
Government Authority means any foreign or domestic federal, state, provincial, municipal, county, city or local legislative, administrative or regulatory authority, agency, court, body or other governmental or quasi-governmental entity with competent jurisdiction, including any supranational body.
Government Authority means any government or state (or any subdivision thereof) of or in the United States or any foreign nation, or any agency, authority, bureau, commission, department or similar body or instrumentality thereof, or any governmental court or tribunal.

Government Authority means any supranational, national, regional, state or local government, court, governmental agency, authority, board, bureau, instrumentality or regulatory body.

Government Authority means the government of the United States or any other nation, or any state, regional or local political subdivision or department thereof, and any other governmental or regulatory agency, authority, body, commission, central bank, board, bureau, organ, court, instrumentality or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government, in each case whether federal, state, local or foreign (including supra-national bodies such as the European Union or the European Central Bank).
Government Authority means Government of India, any state government or any governmental department, commission, board, body, bureau, agency, authority, undertaking, court or other judicial or administrative body or any sub-division or instrumentality thereof, central, state, or local, having jurisdiction over the Contractor, the Facility, or the performance of all or any of the services, obligations or covenants of Contractor under or pursuant to this Contract or any portion thereof.
