Examples of GloryFin HK in a sentence

  • The Company owns one hundred percent (100%) equity interest in UcarEase BVI (on a fully diluted basis), UcarEase BVI in turn owns one hundred percent (100%) equity interest in GloryFin HK (on a fully diluted basis) and GloryFin HK in turn owns hundred percent (100%) equity interest in Kaifeng Financing Lease and Boyu Financing Lease (on a fully diluted basis), in each case free and clear of any Encumbrance.

  • The Company owns one hundred percent (100%) equity interest in UcarEase BVI (on a fully diluted basis), UcarEase BVI in turn owns one hundred percent (100%) equity interest in GloryFin HK (on a fully diluted basis) and GloryFin HK in turn owns hundred percent (100%) equity interest in Kaifeng Financing Lease (on a fully diluted basis), in each case free and clear of any Encumbrance.

  • There are no subscriptions, options, warrants, conversion privileges, pre-emptive or other rights or Contracts with respect to the issuance or transfer of any shares of the GloryFin HK.

  • There are no shares of the GloryFin HK’s outstanding share capital, or shares issuable upon exercise or exchange of any outstanding options or other shares issuable by GloryFin HK, that are subject to any preemptive rights, rights of first refusal or other rights to purchase such shares (whether in favor of GloryFin HK or any other Person).

Related to GloryFin HK

  • HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • BVI means the British Virgin Islands;

  • HK$ Hong Kong dollars, the lawful currency of Hong Kong;

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited;

  • Overseas Shareholders holders of Scheme Shares who are resident in, ordinarily resident in, or citizens of, jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom;

  • CCA means the Connecting Care Act, 2019, and the regulations under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.

  • EG means the Enforcement Guide;

  • GLO means the Texas General Land Office and its officers, employees, and designees, acting in their official capacities.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

  • GLJ means GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd.;

  • CBD means cannabidiol.

  • SoftBank means Softbank Group Corp.

  • EAG clause 35;

  • IDG means interdepartmental grant.

  • CW means current City of Winnipeg Standard Construction Specification;

  • China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.

  • GT means grams per tonne.
