General Knowledge definition

General Knowledge means (i) general skills or experience gained during Executive’s employment with, consultation for or work for the Company; and (ii) information and data publicly available.
General Knowledge means information in non-tangible form which may be retained by persons who have had access to Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, including ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained therein.
General Knowledge means sufficient for practical purposes.

General Knowledge means ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques related to the deliverables herein that are retained in the unaided memories of either Party’s employees who have had access to information consistent with terms of this Agreement. An employee's memory is unaided if the employee has not intentionally memorized the information for the purpose of retaining and subsequently using or disclosing it.
