Fraudulent Claims by an Employee or Member of the Council Where any such cases are identified, the Investigation & Visiting Manager will immediately report the matter to the Audit Partnership Manager and in the case of an employee the Head of Personnel and Development or for a Member of the Council the Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer.
