Food Security Act Notices means any notice received by a Borrower from any person (i) that farm products purchased or to be purchased by Borrower are or may be subject to a security interest created by a Farm Products Seller or (ii) that purports to be given under the Food Security Act, including in each case, any such notice received from any Farm Products Seller, any lender or any central filing system established under the Food Security Act.
