Fiscal Agent definition

Fiscal Agent means the Fiscal Agent, if any, designated pursuant to the terms of the Policy.
Fiscal Agent. ABN AMRO Bank N.V., a Netherlands banking corporation in its capacity as fiscal agent of the Trustee, or its successor in interest, or any successor fiscal agent appointed as herein provided.
Fiscal Agent means the entity that processes or pays vendor claims on behalf of the Medicaid state agency pursuant to an agreement between the entity and such agency.
