Fire Suppressant Solution definition

Fire Suppressant Solution means a mixture of Fire Suppressant Concentrate and water prepared for application from the air (or ground) to directly suppress a fire. Fixed Wing Aircraft means a heavier than air aircraft which obtains lift for flight by forward motion of wings through the air. Flight Crew means any pilot in command, co-pilot, flight engineer or other member of the crew of an aircraft excluding Crewpersons who is required by statute or by this Contract to pilot or operate an aircraft when the aircraft is conducting Services under this Contract.

Fire Suppressant Solution means a mixture of Fire Suppressant Concentrate and water prepared for application from the air (or ground) to directly suppress a fire.

Examples of Fire Suppressant Solution in a sentence

• If the Contract requires the provision of the Services of NAFC Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft for firebombing, the Contractor must ensure that at each NOB where a contracted Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft is based, there is a facility that will allow a Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft to be dispatched with a load of Fire Retardant Slurry or Fire Suppressant Solution without delay.

• The Contractor must ensure that at the NOB there is a facility that will allow a NAFC Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft to be dispatched with a first load of Fire Retardant Slurry or Fire Suppressant Solution without delay.

• Fire Suppressant is a reference to either Fire Suppressant Concentrate or Fire Suppressant Solution depending on the context in which it is used.

• Tenderers for Type 4 Fixed Wing firebombing Services should be aware that the Contractor will be required to ensure that, at the Nominated Operational Base, there is a facility that will allow a Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft to be dispatched with a first load of Fire Retardant Slurry or Fire Suppressant Solution without delay.

• Tenderers for Type 4 Fixed Wing Firebombing Services should note that the probability of being engaged is increased where the Aircraft is located at a Nominated Availability Base that has the ability to load the Aircraft with a first load of Fire Suppressant Solution, or Fire Retardant Solution, without delay.

• If the Contract requires the provision of the Services of NAFC Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft for firebombing, the Contractor must ensure that at each NAB where a contracted Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft is based, there is a facility that will allow a Type 4 Fixed Wing Aircraft to be dispatched with a load of Fire Suppressant Solution without delay.
