Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.
Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.
Information Technology means computer hardware, software and networks;
Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. Autism spectrum disorders means any of the pervasive developmental disorders as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association, including autistic disorder, Asperger's disorder and pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified.[PL 2011, c. 420, Pt. Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:
Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government. Communication technology means an electronic device or process that:
Unauthorized Third Party means any person or entity that, at the time of the Computer Fraud, is not an Authorized User.
Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.
Department of Information Technology means the New Mexico Department of Information Technology which is responsible for operating the data center and all communications related items.
Disclosing Party means the Party disclosing Confidential Information to the Receiving Party.
Nonaffiliated third party means any person except:
Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.
Autism spectrum disorder means a neuro-developmental condition typically appearing in the first three years of life that significantly affects a person's ability to communicate, understand relationships and relate to others, and is frequently associated with unusual or stereotypical rituals or behaviours.
Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.
Business Information means all information in whatever form held, including (without limitation) all: (i) formulas, designs, specifications, drawings, know-how, manuals and instructions; (ii) customer lists, sales, marketing and promotional information; (iii) business plans and forecasts; (iv) technical or other expertise; and (v) all accounting and Tax records, correspondence, orders and inquiries;
Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
Indigenous Peoples Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 3, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;
Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.
Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.
Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.
Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
