ESOP Trust Agreement definition

ESOP Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement between Holdings and the ESOP Trustee dated as of July 1, 2002, together with all schedules and exhibits thereto, as the same may be supplemented, modified, amended, restated or replaced from time to time in the manner provided therein.
