Examples of ERISA Affiliates in a sentence
Each “employee benefit plan” established or maintained by the Company or any of its ERISA Affiliates that is intended to be qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code is so qualified and, to the knowledge of the Company, nothing has occurred, whether by action or failure to act, which would cause the loss of such qualification.
No “employee benefit plan” established or maintained by the Company, its Subsidiaries or any of their ERISA Affiliates, if such “employee benefit plan” were terminated, would have any “amount of unfunded benefit liabilities” (as defined under ERISA).
Cause, and cause each of its ERISA Affiliates to: (a) maintain each Pension Plan in compliance in all material respects with the applicable provisions of ERISA, the Code and other federal or state law; (b) cause each Pension Plan which is qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code to maintain such qualification; and (c) make all required contributions to any Pension Plan subject to Section 412 of the Code.
