Examples of Environmental Losses in a sentence
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contractor shall indemnify, defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to the Indemnified Entities) and hold harmless the Indemnified Entities from and against any Environmental Losses arising out of a breach of any obligation under this Section 16.2.1 except to the extent such Environmental Losses result directly from the sole negligence of the Indemnified Entities.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Environmental Deductible shall not apply to any Covered Environmental Losses incurred by any Partnership Group Member related to the matters set forth on Schedule I attached hereto.
Subject to the provisions of this Article X (including Section 10.3), from and after the Closing Date, Seller hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buyer Group from and against any and all Environmental Losses incurred by Buyer Group which result from, relate to or arise out of the Excluded Liabilities.

It is agreed that the Environmental Deductible shall not apply to any Covered Environmental Losses incurred by any Group Member attributable to those matters identified on Schedule A.
