Entry Notice has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

Entry Notice means the notice to be given pursuant to clause6.1 of this Easement;
Entry Notice. The LANDLORD and the TENANT hereby agree that 24-hour notice shall be reasonable and sufficient notice to exercise the right to enter, except to conduct an inspection of the Premises prior to the TENANT moving out, which shall require 48-hour written notice. Notice may be given orally to show the Premises to actual or prospective purchasers provided the TENANT has been notified in writing within 120 days preceding the oral notice that the Premises are for sale and that oral notice may be given to show the Premises. The TENANT agrees to comply with all instructions and requirements necessary to prepare the Premises to accommodate pest control, fumigation or other work, including bagging or storage of food and medicine, and removal of perishables and valuables.
