Ensuing fiscal year definition

Ensuing fiscal year means the fiscal year of the taxing unit for which a limitation under this section is applied or calculated.
Ensuing fiscal year or "ensuing FY" means the fiscal year for which a calculation is being made. Calculations for the ensuing fiscal year are made during the current fiscal year. For purposes of these rules the ensuing fiscal year is referred to as FY 20XX+1.

  • Fiscal Year means the fiscal year of the Company.

  • School fiscal year means a fiscal year that commences July 1 and continues through June 30.

  • Quarter means a calendar year quarter commencing on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October.
