Enforcement Date definition

Enforcement Date means the first date (if any) on which a Senior Secured Creditor takes enforcement action of the type described in paragraphs (a)(i), (a)(iii), (a)(iv) or (c) of the definition of “Enforcement Action” in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Enforcement Date is defined in Section 4.03 of the Trust Indenture.
Enforcement Date means the date on which, following the occurrence of an Event of Default that is continuing, either the Relevant Agent or the Security Trustee notifies the relevant Pledgor of the occurrence of that Event of Default, or takes, under any one or more of the Senior Finance Documents, any of the steps it is entitled to take by reason of the occurrence of such Event of Default.

  • Prior to the Enforcement Date, the State shall make settlement funds available pro rata on the same schedule that the United States makes settlement funds available.
