Energy Deviation(s) definition

Energy Deviation(s) means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) the final accepted Bid (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) submitted for the Project for the hour of the Settlement Interval divided by the number of Settlement Intervals in the hour; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval.
Energy Deviation(s) means the absolute value of the difference, in kWh, in any Settlement Interval between:

Examples of Energy Deviation(s) in a sentence

  • In no event shall Seller have the right (1) to procure any element of the Product from sources other than the Project for sale or delivery to Buyer under this Agreement except with respect to Energy delivered to Buyer in connection with Energy Deviations or Variations, as applicable, or (2) sell Product from the Project to a third party other than in connection with Energy Deviations or Variations, as applicable.

  • Ramping Energy Deviations, Residual Imbalance Energy, and Standard Ramping Energy do not apply to Proxy Demand Resources and Reliability Demand Response Resources with Hourly Block or FMM Schedules.

  • In no event shall Seller have the right to procure any element of the Product from sources other than the Facility for sale or delivery to PG&E under this Agreement (except with respect to energy delivered to PG&E in connection with scheduling Energy Deviations) or substitute any element of such Product.

  • In no event shall Seller have the right to procure any element of the Product from sources other than the Project for sale or delivery to Buyer under this Agreement except with respect to Energy delivered to Buyer in connection with Energy Deviations or Variations, as applicable.

  • The CAISO proposes that the Ramping Energy Deviations that fall outside the Tolerance Band (the greater of 3% of the unit’s maximum output level or 5 MW) will be subject to Uninstructed Deviation Penalties.

Related to Energy Deviation(s)

  • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • Renewable energy project means (A) a project

  • Electric generating unit means an individual electric generator and its associated plant and apparatus whose electrical output is capable of being separately identified and metered. Emergency Condition shall mean a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the CAISO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the CAISO Controlled Grid or the electric systems of others to which the CAISO Controlled Grid is directly connected; (3) that, in the case of the Participating TO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Participating TO’s Transmission System, Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, Distribution System, or the electric systems of others to which the Participating TO’s electric system is directly connected; or

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.
