Eligible Survivor definition

Eligible Survivor means the Insured Employee's:
Eligible Survivor means your spouse, if living, otherwise your children under age 25.
Eligible Survivor means your spouse or Domestic Partner, if living, otherwise your children under age 25.

  • Survivor Income Benefits for Class A Eligible Survivor, age 45 or over at the time of death of the employee.

  • Pensioner Any disability pensioner who was a member of at time of retirement or any other pensioner who, on the adjustment date, has reached age sixty and who, at retirement time, was a member of Eligible Survivor Either the spouse of a deceased employee who was a member of at time of death or the spouse of a pensioner who was a member of at time of retirement and who is in receipt of a survivor income from the Air Canada Pension Plan.
