Eligible Market means The New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE Amex, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Capital Market or the Principal Market.

Eligible Market means The Nasdaq Capital Market, the NYSE American LLC, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, The Nasdaq Global Market or The New York Stock Exchange, Inc.

Examples of Eligible Market in a sentence

• The Company shall list any Common Stock issuable upon conversion of this Note on the Principal Market or any other Eligible Market on which the Common Stock is then listed prior to issuance of such Common Stock.

• The Company shall maintain its Common Stock listing on the Principal Market or another Eligible Market (subject to all cure periods permitted by the Principal Market or such other Eligible Market).

• Subject to the Rules of the Principal Market or another Eligible Market, the Company may at any time during the term of this Note, with the prior written consent of the Required Holders, increase the then current Conversion Rate to any amount and for any period of time deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the Company.
