Electronic Record definition

Electronic Record and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.
Electronic Record means a record created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means.
Electronic Record has the meaning assigned to that term in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 15 U.S.C. 7006.

More Definitions of Electronic Record
