Elected Officials definition

Elected Officials means members of the Orange County Board of Supervisors and all Orange County elected officials.
Elected Officials means all elected County officials with the exception of the Board of Commissioners. It is recognized that all of the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County as well as the District Justices of Lehigh County are officials of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and therefore are not within the meaning of Section 104;
Elected Officials means the Mille Lacs Band Chief Executive, Secretary- Treasurer, and District Representatives.

Elected Officials means the positions of mayor, council president and all council members.
