Duly Authorized Person definition

Duly Authorized Person. Means any individual authorized by the Borrower to request loans or financial accommodations and/or sign reports to Lender.
Duly Authorized Person means the manager of any Credit Party or any duly authorized person of such Credit Party designated by such manager.
