Due Diligence Items definition

Due Diligence Items has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.4.
Due Diligence Items shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 3.2.
Due Diligence Items means those items, documents and matters listed or described on Exhibit “D” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Examples of Due Diligence Items in a sentence

  • There may be additional due diligence required that may be added to the Purchase Agreement.Buyer shall have twenty-one (21) days from the later of receipt of the Due Diligence Items (“Due Diligence Period”) to review and approve the same for the Property.

  • Buyer shall pay for all costs of review of the Due Diligence Items and its additional due diligence inspection costs including, without limitation, the cost of any environmental reports.

More Definitions of Due Diligence Items

Due Diligence Items means those items, documents and deliveries contemplated in Section 3.2.
Due Diligence Items means those items, documents and deliveries actually delivered or made available to Buyer by the time required under Section 3.2.

Due Diligence Items means certain documents relating to the Property that are in Seller's actual, physical possession and control and were made available to Buyer and other bidders in the Auction through an online portal hosted on Ten-X's website prior to the Auction.
