Domestic Air Carrier definition

Domestic Air Carrier means any United States "domestic air carrier," as defined in Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulations, that is operating in accordance with the operating certificate and appropriate operations specifications issued under Part 121 or any successor regulations.
Domestic Air Carrier means a person engaged primarily in the commercial transport for hire of air cargo, passengers, or a combination of air cargo and passengers as a business activity.
Domestic Air Carrier means an air carrier as defined in 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(a)(2) holding an air carrier certificate issued by the Administrator of the FAA under 14 C.F.R. Section 119.5.

Domestic Air Carrier means an “air carrier” as defined in 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(a)(2)
Domestic Air Carrier means an air carrier who is a citizen of the Philippines: Provided, That an air carrier who is not a citizen of the Philippines but who may be allowed to engage in domestic and/or foreign air transportation, or do - mestic and/or foreign air commerce, in accordance with the provisions of Section Twelve, Chapter IV of this Act, shall to all intents and purposes, be classified as a domestic air carrier.
