Distribution Transaction means any distribution of equity securities of a Subsidiary of the Company to holders of Common Stock, whether by means of a spin-off, split-off, redemption, reclassification, exchange, stock dividend, share distribution, rights offering or similar transaction.
Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.

Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.
Transformation time means the time difference between a change of concentration or flow (t0) at the reference point and a system response of 50 per cent of the final reading (t50).

Main Distribution Frame (MDF means the termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the CO.
Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.
Electric distribution system means the part of the electric system, after the transmission system, that is dedicated to delivering electric energy to an end user.
Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.
Main Distribution Frame (MDF) is termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the central office for DS-0 and DSL services.
