Disbursement definition

Disbursement is defined in Section 2.6.2.
Disbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Disbursement means any Lease Deficit Disbursement, any Unpaid Demand Note Disbursement, any Termination Date Disbursement or any Termination Disbursement under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit, or any combination thereof, as the context may require.

Examples of Disbursement in a sentence

  • Any payment made by a Lender pursuant to this paragraph to reimburse an Issuing Bank for any LC Disbursement shall not constitute a Loan and shall not relieve the Borrower of its obligation to reimburse such LC Disbursement.

  • After such examination, each Issuing Bank shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing of such demand for payment and whether such Issuing Bank has made or will make an LC Disbursement thereunder; provided that any failure to give or delay in giving such notice shall not relieve the Borrower of its obligation to reimburse such Issuing Bank and the RC Facility Lenders with respect to any such LC Disbursement in accordance with clause (f) of this Section 2.04.

  • If the Lender does not give notice under Article 5 and all of the conditions set forth in the preceding Article are satisfied on the borrowing date, the Lender will deposit the Loan Disbursement Amount into the Bank Account.
