Designated Executive definition

Designated Executive has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
Designated Executive means the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Secretary (or other senior officer of a Party that is acceptable to the other Party) that is authorized to execute and deliver on such Party’s behalf the certificates required by Section 3.
Designated Executive means any of the foregoing.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Participating Employer shall be responsible for notifying CAEAS/ECAB Participants that, if they retire after August 31, 2019, or such later date as may be applicable for a Designated Executive, they shall not be entitled to Benefits under the ELHT after retirement.

More Definitions of Designated Executive

Designated Executive means the President & CEO of CKHA and individuals employed by CKHA as an executive member of CKHA’s management group who report directly to the President & CEO, currently, the Chief of Staff, the Vice President, People & Chief of Nursing Executive, the Vice President, Performance & Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Clinical Programs & Operations.
Designated Executive means each employee of the Company who: (i) holds shares of Series B Preferred Stock as of immediately prior to the closing of the Trigger Event; and (ii) either (A) continues to be an employee of the Company as of immediately prior to the closing of the Trigger Event or (B) continued to be an employee of the Company up until his or her employment with the Company was terminated by the Company pursuant to a Discharge Without Cause (as such term is defined in the Executive Employment Agreement effective as of January 1, 2011 between such employee and the Company) during the Designated Termination Period.
Designated Executive means designated executive defined in the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014, S.O. 2014, c. 13, Sched. 1, as amended;
Designated Executive means, with respect to a Plan Year, an Eligible Executive with a Base Salary in excess of the compensation limit in effect under Code section 401(a)(17) (as from time to time adjusted) who is designated by the Administrator to receive 401(k) Excess Contributions. An Eligible Executive may be a Designated Executive for one Plan Year and not be a Designated Executive for subsequent Plan Years.
Designated Executive means a Participant, of any age, who is a Senior Executive Vice President of the Company or above, or any other Participant designated by the Administrator as a “Designated Executive” hereunder from time to time.
Designated Executive means the individual identified in Section 8(h), or her or his designee or successor.
