Derived Eurodollar Rate definition

Derived Eurodollar Rate means a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin (from time to time in effect) for Eurodollar Loans plus the Eurodollar Rate.
Derived Eurodollar Rate means a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin (from time to time in effect) plus the Eurodollar Rate.

Derived Eurodollar Rate means (a) with respect to a Revolving Loan that is a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum equal to three hundred twenty-five (325.00) basis points in excess of the Eurodollar Rate, or (b) with respect to any portion of the Term Loan that is a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum equal to three hundred seventy-five (375.00) basis points in excess of the Eurodollar Rate.
Derived Eurodollar Rate means a rate per annum equal to three hundred fifty (350.00) basis points in excess of the Eurodollar Rate.

In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the "LIBO Rate" with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

The Eurodollar Rate shall be adjusted automatically on and as of the effective date of any change in the Eurodollar Reserve Requirement.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07 on the basis of an Adjusted London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage means as of any day the maximum percentage in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities”).
