Departure Window definition

Departure Window means the period of time during which the Service shall be Planned to depart from its Origin;
Departure Window means the time of departure of a Service from its Origin having due regard to Network Rail's Flexing Rights;
Departure Window has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 5;

Related to Departure Window

  • Date of Commencement means the date designated in the Notice to Proceed for Contractor to commence the Work.

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Intermittent Leave means leave taken in separate blocks of time due to a single qualifying reason.

  • Date of Commencement of Risk means the date specified in the Schedule (unless the Policyholder is informed otherwise by the Company) from which the risk cover of the Life Assured commences under the Policy.
