Dental Coverage definition

Dental Coverage. Adjunct faculty eligible for insurance as listed in 8.F.2 may choose to participate in an HMO group dental plan through the College at the cost to the faculty member.
Dental Coverage. The City shall provide a dental care program for employees who are not excluded from such benefit by Chapter 4.04.120 of the Berkeley Municipal Code (Personnel Ordinance) which is attached hereto as Exhibit B (City of Berkeley Municipal Code Chapter 4.04.120) and made a part hereof. The present level of benefits under the Dental Program shall be maintained at City expense for the duration of this Memorandum. Dental benefits are extended to full-time employees, spouse of the employee or domestic partner, and IRS dependents up to age 24.
Dental Coverage means the group dental care options (appropriate single, employee and spouse, employee and children or family coverage) as amended from time to time offered pursuant to an Agreement.

More Definitions of Dental Coverage

Dental Coverage means group dental coverage maintained for Employees by the Employer under a separate plan, program, insurance policy or contract formedical care” (as that term is used for purposes of Section 105(b) of the Code), substantially all of which is for treatment of the mouth (as described in Treas. Reg. Section 54.9831-1(c)(3)(iii)(A)) and which satisfies the requirements of Sections 105 and 106 of the Code.
Dental Coverage. A self funded dental reimbursement plan is provided for eligible employees. The employee contribution is $5.00 per month for single participation and $10.00 per month for family. The maximum annual reimbursement is $200.00 for single and $400.00 for family.
Dental Coverage means any coverage available under any group dental plan maintained by the Employer to which you make contributions.
