Demerger Effective Time definition

Demerger Effective Time means the time at which the Demerger becomes effective;

Demerger Effective Time means the time at which the Plan of Separation becomes effective, expected to be at or around 2:30 p.m. British Summer Time on May 7, 2008 or such other time as the Court Order is registered.

Demerger Effective Time shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.01 of the Separation Agreement.

• The Historical Financial Information relates to the Group as a whole including the DPS Group which will remain part of the Group until the Demerger Effective Time.

• Demerger Effective Time Provided the conditions to the Cadbury plc Reduction of Capital have been satisfied or waived and the Court has issued the Final Court Order, the Demerger will become effective once an office copy of the Final Court Order confirming the Cadbury plc Reduction of Capital has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies for registration and has been registered by him.
