Delivery Tariff definition

Delivery Tariff means the rates and Terms and Conditions of service approved by the Commission from time to time on an interim or final basis, as the case may be, for the Company to deliver Natural Gas to the Consumer;
Delivery Tariff means the tariff prepared by the Company as revised or amended from time to time and approved by the Board on an interim or final basis, as the case may be, approving and authorizing the Company to provide the service of the delivery of natural gas to the Consumer;

Examples of Delivery Tariff in a sentence

  • The Buyer shall not be liable to Seller for any losses Seller may incur, lost revenues, and losses that may result from any change in Requirements, number or location of customers taking service, the location of the Delivery Point(s), the composition or components of market products or Requirements, or the market for electricity, or change in the Retail Delivery Tariff.

  • Each month, the Buyer shall reconcile the Buyer’s estimate of the Delivered Energy based upon the Buyer’s meter reads (such meter reads as provided for in the Retail Delivery Tariff).

  • If the Connection Point services an individual Consumer, then all gas delivered through that Connection Point is allocated to Transmission Delivery Tariff D.

  • In any other case, the Withdrawal is subject to Transmission Delivery Tariff V.

  • Customer Initiation Date means the date a retail customer of the Buyer begins taking service pursuant to the Schedule DS of the Buyer’s Retail Delivery Tariff, as determined by the Buyer.

  • If the Connection Point services a distribution system, then the volume of gas subject to Transmission Delivery Tariff D is the sum of the gas delivered from that distribution system, subject to Distribution Tariff D, plus the applicable benchmark DUAFG allowance (if any), as applied by AEMO.

  • Seller acknowledges and agrees that the Buyer and Affiliates of the Buyer will not provide Seller preferential access to or use of the Buyer’s System and that Seller's sole and exclusive rights and remedies with regard to access to, use or availability of the Buyer’s System, and the Buyer’s or Affiliates of the Buyer’s obligation to transmit electricity are those rights, remedies and obligations provided under the Retail Delivery Tariff, the ISO Rules, and the Buyer’s Open Access Transmission Tariff.

  • Customer Termination Date means the date when a Default Service Customer ceases to take service pursuant to Schedule DS under the Retail Delivery Tariff.

Related to Delivery Tariff

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • ISO Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended, modified, superseded and supplemented from time to time, and including the Market Rules and Procedures.

  • Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
