De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b).
With the exception of De-identified District Data that District has specifically agreed in writing to allow Vendor to use after termination or expiration of the Agreement, upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, Vendor will ensure that all District Data is securely returned or destroyed as directed by the District.
