Title to the Definitive Trust Certificates shall pass upon the registration of transfers in respect thereof in accordance with the provisions of these presents.
The Owner Trustee shall execute and authenticate, or cause to be authenticated, the Definitive Trust Certificates in accordance with the instructions of the Depositor.
