Default Administration Costs definition

Default Administration Costs means the reasonable fees, charges, costs, advances and expenses of the Trustee incurred in anticipation of an Event of Default, or after the occurrence of an Event of Default, including, but not limited to, counsel fees, litigation costs and expenses, the expenses of maintaining and preserving the Project and the expenses of re-letting or selling the Project.
Default Administration Costs means the reasonable fees, charges, costs, advances and expenses of the Owner incurred in anticipation of an Event of Default, or after the occurrence of an Event of Default, including, but not limited to, counsel fees, litigation costs and expenses, the expenses of maintaining and preserving the Project and the expenses of re-letting or selling the Project.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during its continuance, the Trustee shall have a lien with right of payment prior to payment of principal of, redemption premium, if any, or interest on any Bond, upon all moneys in its possession under any provisions hereof for the foregoing advances, fees, costs and expenses incurred, for Default Administration Costs and for any unpaid Additional Rent owing under the Lease.

  • Notice and Administration Costs means the costs, fees and expenses that are incurred by the Claims Administrator and/or Lead Counsel in connection with: (i) providing notices to the Settlement Class; and (ii) administering the Settlement, including but not limited to the Claims process, as well as the costs, fees and expenses incurred in connection with the Escrow Account.
