DEALER PRICE definition

DEALER PRICE means, with respect to each COMPANY PRODUCT to which it refers, the price to the Dealer for such product, as from time to time established by the Company, before deduction of any cash or other discount applicable thereto. It shall not include any amount in the nature of a predelivery or other holdback deposit or charge, any dealer association collection, any charge by the Company for distribution, delivery or taxes, or any other charge for special items or services.

  • The Dealer, at his own expense, shall carefully pack and box such of the eligible GENUINE PARTS and maintenance items as the Company may direct, and the Company shall pay the Dealer an additional five percent (5%) of the DEALER PRICE of the eligible GENUINE PARTS and maintenance items so packaged and boxed.

More Definitions of DEALER PRICE

DEALER PRICE means the sum of all the prices and expenses payable by the Dealer to the Company in accordance with Article 6 of this Contract.
DEALER PRICE means the price at which Products and/or Division Products are or would typically be sold by Seller to dealers located in North America other than Buyer after taking into consideration the volume of purchases made by Buyer and such other dealers in North America and any other parameters reasonably considered by Seller in making pricing decisions, provided that the Dealer Price shall not reflect any special pricing as a result of or related to either (i) discounts, if any, afforded a dealer or dealers for purchases for resale or rental in a specific territory or area, or (ii) for one or more specific customers, projects and/or jobs unless such special pricing is offered under a program made available to all dealers of Seller generally or to an identified dealer or group of dealers of Seller and Buyer satisfies the criteria designated by Seller to participate in such program.
DEALER PRICE means the Company's list price as advised by Company to BMG from time to time during the Term and showing the price at which each Company Record (or such Records if more than one such Record is packaged together) is available for sale in the Territory before deducting any discounts but after deducting any sales or other taxes levied on sales which form a recognized distinct element of such price and which are recoverable directly or indirectly as part of the selling price.
DEALER PRICE means the price to Dealer for Company Products as established by Distributor.

  • Gross Sales Price with respect to each sale of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement shall be the gross sales price per share of such Shares.

  • Wholesale dealer means any dealer who deals in, or who holds a licence under any law to deal in, as the case may be, wholesale quantities of goods, and the business and stock of a wholesale dealer shall be deemed to include the business and stocks of any retail dealer who conducts business on the same premises on which the wholesale dealer conducts his or her business; and
