Date of Issue definition

Date of Issue for a particular Warrant means the date on which the Warrant is actually issued by or on behalf of the Company;
Date of Issue means the date as of which the rated age of the insured is determined.
Date of Issue means the date that the Company receives proper documentation and the funds for the purchase of a 5 Year Note if such funds are received prior to 3:00 p.m. on a business day or the next business day if the Company receives such funds on a non-business day or after 3:00 p.m. on a business day.
