Date for Delivery definition

Date for Delivery means the date/s and/or time/s on which:
Date for Delivery means the date for delivery of the Goods and/or performance of the Services as set out in the Purchase Order;
Date for Delivery has the meaning given to it in the Purchase Order.

More Definitions of Date for Delivery

Date for Delivery means the required date(s) specified in the Purchase Order by which the Supplier shall deliver the Goods at the Delivery Point, and where the context admits, as the date or dates may be changed in accordance with the Agreement.
